The successful Scottish Leadership Academy is back! Held to encourage members to develop their leadership skills, learn more about themselves in a team situation and discover new tools that they can apply to both JCI and their professions. This is also a great opportunity to meet other members from Scotland and further afield.

Scott Johnston, a self-employed lawyer and an alumni member of JCI Glasgow, is a JCI senator and international trainer. He attended Leadership Academy in March 2002 and was inspired to become more involved in JCI. In 2004 he became National President of JCI Scotland.
